摘  要:铁路接触网及变电所中大量应用了裸导体,如:铜铝线夹、钢芯铝绞线、铜线等,裸导体的过热问题一直是影响电气设备安全运行的隐患。目前的研究均着重红外在线监测或智能机器人巡检对于温度阈值的告警,但在告警阈值以下,裸导体的温度状态是否正常,接触电阻是否超标,红外在线监测与巡检机器人无法判定。针对此问题,研究出一种通过日照强度、空气对流、环境温度等客观条件,实时计算裸导体理论温度,并与实时热巡温度进行对比,通过差值计算裸导体接触电阻变化量,以接触电阻的大小为告警阈值的评价系统,成为一项研究工作。Railway contact network and substation in a large number of applications of the bare conductor,such as copper and aluminum wire clamp,steel core aluminum stranded wire,copper wire,bare conductor overheating problem has been a major problem affecting the safe operation of electrical equipment,the present study was focused on infrared online monitoring and intelligent robot inspection to temperature alarm threshold,but in the alarm temperature below the threshold,whether the bare conductor is in normal situation,the contact resistance exceeds the standard,infrared online monitoring and inspection robot to determine,whether it can develop an objective conditions of sunlight intensity,air convection and ambient temperature by real-time calculation theory and bare conductor temperature,and real-time thermal temperature by contrast,by calculating the difference between the bare conductor contact resistance variation,evaluation system to the alarm threshold value of contact resistance,has become a very necessary study work.
