摘　　要：分析燃气表检定现状,基于示值相对误差检定装置原理,提出两种小流量点示值相对误差检定技术,即增加万分位字轮和利用检测盘检定。增加万分位字轮,提高输出比系数检定技术通过在小数位增加一个字轮,将首轮作为采样轮实现。检测盘检定技术通过设置检测盘,将检测盘分为大圆和小圆,小圆半径是大圆半径的一半,通过在大圆边缘对齐的最大极限位置贴一个反射光标及被等分的小圆每一等份在与小圆边缘对齐的相同位置均贴反射光标实现大、中流量点及小流量点的快速检定。The current situation of gas meter verification is analyzed. Based on the principle of indication value relative error verification device, two kinds of small flow point indication value relative error verification techniques are proposed which are to increase the ten-thousandth digit wheel and use the detection disk to verify. Increasing the ten-thousandth wheel,a verification technology by increasing the output ratio coefficient,implements the first wheel as a sampling wheel through adding a digit wheel to the decimal place. The detection disk verification technology divides the detection disk into a large circle and a small circle by setting up the detection disk,and the radius of the small circle is half of the radius of the large circle. The rapid verification of large and medium flow points and small flow point is achieved by pasting a reflective cursor at the maximum limit position of the edge alignment of the large circle and reflective cursors the same position where each equal part of the divided small circle is aligned with the edge of the small circle.
