摘　　要：农村集体产权制度改革是深化农村改革的一项重点任务,也是实施乡村振兴战略的重要制度支撑。现阶段,我国农村集体产权制度改革取得了一定的进展,但由于现行法律、政策等制度性约束,在推进改革过程中各地都遇到一些亟待解决的关键问题。推进农村集体产权制度改革,需要做好集体资产折股量化、成员资格认定、规范股权管理、完善治理结构、培育发展产权市场等方面的工作,以促进集体经济的发展和壮大。The reform of rural collective property rights system is an important task in deepening the reform in rural areas,It is an important institutional support of implementation of the rural revitalization strategy. China 's rural collective property institution has met the unprecedented challenge.The defects of the rural collective property institution of China have brought a series of serious problems.To promote the reform of the rural collective property rights system and strengthen the collective economy,multi-aspect joint efforts such as quantifying collective assets;identifying the member-qualification;regulating the management of equity,constructing perfect treatment structure,standardizing training property right market need to be made.
