合作办学条件下高校教师知识溢出水平分析

摘  要:近年来,高校合作办学得到了很大的发展,其特点也受到社会和学术界的关注。如何办好合作办学,高校的运作和实践如何改革和创新也多有探讨,作为办学环节之一的高校教师如何适应合作办学,如何评价其业绩是常变常新的话题。对一般院校合作办学的特点和现状进行分析,指出高校教师知识溢出的层次,从知识溢出的角度提出合作办学环境下高校教师业绩评价指标体系,并以层次分析法对其进行排序。In recent years,cooperative education in colleges and universities have got great development,its characteristics also aroused the concern of the society and academic circles. How to do a good cooperation in running schools,colleges and universities in the operation and practice how to reform and innovate also have to discuss more. As part of running one of university,teachers how to adapt to the cooperation in running schools,how to evaluate its performance is often variable and often new topic. Through the analysis of the characteristics and current situation of cooperative education under common colleges and universities,points out that university teachers' level of knowledge overflow,put forward the cooperation in running schools from the perspective of knowledge spillover environment evaluation index system of university teachers' performance by using analytic hierarchy process on the order.
