摘　　要：目的探讨强直性脊柱炎(AS)患者人类白细胞抗原B27(HLA-B27)各亚型分布及其与疾病的相关性。方法收集103例AS及105例健康对照患者血清,流式细胞术初筛HLA-B27抗原,聚合酶链式-直接测序分型法(PCRSBT)测定基因型别。结果 AS组检出4种HLA-B27亚型,分别为B2704、B2705、B2707和B2715,B2704占HLA-B27亚型构成比最高(93.93%)。结论本地区AS患者HLA-B27基因型别以B2704亚型为主。Objective To study the distribution of gene subtype of human leukocyte antigen B27（HLA-B27）with ankylosing spondylitis（AS）and analyze their association.Methods The antigen and gene of HLA-B27 were detected by flow cytometry（FCM）and polymerase chain reaction-sequence based typing（PCR-SBT）in 103 cases with AS and 105 health control.Results Four subtypes of HLA-B27（B2704,B2705,B2707 and B2715）were found in the AS group.Among these four alleles,B2704 was the most widespread subtype,accounting for 93.93%（93/100）.Conclusion The B2704 is the most wide spreadsubtype with AS in Fujian area.
