基于MCGS的袋装水泥自动装车系统上位机监控软件设计

摘　　要：为了改变袋装水泥装车依靠人工装车的方式和保护工人的健康,提高装车效率,提出了袋装水泥自动装车系统。自动装车系统的控制上位机与DSP主控板通信,远程控制自动装车机构的装车和调试工作。重点研究了控制上位机的软件设计和通信设计。Automatic loading system for bagged cement could protect the health of the workers and improve the efficien- cy of loading,comparing with the way of manual loading.The host computer of the system communicates with the main control board,controlling the loading work and debugging work of automatic loading mechanism.The design of software of host computer based on MCGS and the desion of communication of host computer are laid special stress.
