摘　　要：马克思主义公正观的实质是实现共建共享的公平正义社会,其中所蕴含的深刻内涵对新时代中国特色社会主义社会的建设仍具有重要的现实价值。共享发展理念是我党在新形势下为了促进社会主义社会公平正义而提出的新发展理念,是社会主义属性的本质要求。坚持和践行共享发展理念能够有效地缓解新时代我国社会的主要矛盾,促进全面小康社会的建成,实现共同富裕,使十三五规划顺利完成。在中国特色社会主义新时代,必须以马克思主义公正观为指导,坚持共享发展理念,深入贯彻和落实习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想,大力推进社会主义全面深化改革,促进区域和城乡融合发展,健全和完善社会公共服务体系,夯实共享发展基础,丰富和繁荣特色社会主义文化,促进人民全面发展。The essence of the Marxist view of justice is to realize a fair and just society of joint construction and sharing. The profound connotation contained therein still has important practical value for the construction of a socialist society with Chinese characteristics in the new era. The concept of shared development is a new development concept put forward by our party in order to promote the fairness and justice of the socialist society under the new situation,and is the essential requirement of socialist attributes. Adhering to and practicing the concept of shared development can effectively alleviate the main contradictions of our society in the new era,promote the completion of a comprehensive well-off society,achieve common prosperity,and effectively promote the smooth completion of the 13 th Five-Year Plan. In the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,we must adhere to the Marxist view of justice,adhere to the concept of sharing development,thoroughly implement the internship of the socialist ideology with Chinese characteristics in the new era of modernization,vigorously promote the comprehensive deepening reform of socialism,and promote the integration of regional and urban-rural development. We will improve the social public service system,share the development foundation,enrich and prosper the characteristic socialist culture,and promote the all-round development of the people.
