野生钩状石斛的引种栽培及生物学特性观察

摘　　要：【目的】研究钩状石斛引种栽培管理措施,为保护及合理开发利用钩状石斛资源提供科学依据。【方法】观察野生钩状石斛的生物学特性、生长适合温度、湿度,研究钩状石斛在南宁地区引种栽培的适宜光照度、温度、水肥管理、繁殖方式、病虫害防治等。【结论】钩状石斛无需进行特殊手段的处理也能够在低海拔的南宁地区进行栽培,且适应性较好。【Objective】The management measures for the introduction and cultivation of dendrobium aduncum were studied to provide scientific basis for the protection,rational development and utilization of dendrobium aduncum resources.【Method】Observe the biological characteristics,suitable temperature and humidity for growth of wild dendrobium aduncum,research the illuminance,temperature,water and fertilizer management,the way of breeding,disease and insect control,etc for introducing and cultivation of dendrobium aduncum in Nanning area.【Conclusion】The dendrobium aduncum can be cultivated in Nanning area of low altitude without special treatment.
