摘  要:[目的]筛选出高效的金线莲种苗工厂化繁殖技术体系。[方法]分别以野生金线莲种子进行非共生萌发和以茎段为外植体进行无性克隆2种途径繁育种苗。[结果]2种繁殖途径在诱导初始条件、增殖方式、增殖系数、继代周期、根的诱导分化及移栽等方面均存在差异。[结论]金线莲以无性克隆繁殖途径为宜,建立的繁育体系具有经济、高效、稳定等优点,该研究可为规模化育苗提供理论和技术参考。[Objective]The industrial production technology system of Anoectochilus roxburghii seedling was screened out.[Method]By comparing the different propagation methods of A. roxburghii , we screened out the efficient seedling breeding methods. In this study, non-symbiotic germination of wild A. roxburghii seeds and asexual cloning with stem segments as explants were carried out.[Result]There were differences between the two pathways, such as induced initial conditions, proliferation ways, propagation coefficient, subculture cycle, root induction and seedling transplanting. [Conclusion] According to the comparative test, it’s more suitable for constructing the tissue culture system with asexual cloning, which is more economical, more efficient and steady, and it will provide material and technical reference for large-scale seedling production.
