摘  要:[目的]研究不同植物生长调节剂对"汾核1号"核桃光合特性的影响。[方法]以"汾核1号"核桃为试材,测定叶面喷施不同植物生长调节剂IAA和6-BA对其光合特性的影响。[结果]对"汾核1号"核桃喷施200 mg/L的IAA后其净光合速率日变化为单峰曲线,其净光合速率明显高于对照组;而对"汾核1号"核桃喷施200 mg/L的6-BA后其净光合速率日变化为双峰曲线,"午休现象"十分明显,与对照组相比,其净光合速率差异并不明显。[结论]喷施植物生长调节剂可提高核桃光合作用。该研究可为核桃生产经营中丰产栽培提供依据。[Objective ]To study the effect of plant growth regulators on photosynthetic characteristics of ‘Fenhe No.1’.[Method] With walnut tree ‘Fenhe No.1’ as experimental material, the effects of spraying IAA and 6-BA on photosynthetic characteristics were measured.[Result]The daily variation of net photosynthetic rate after spraying IAA of 200 mg/L could be described as unimodal curve. The net photosynthetic rate of experimental group was significantly higher than the control group.The daily variation of net photosynthetic rate after spraying 6-BA of 200 mg/L could be described as modal curve. The phenomenon of noon break was very obvious, compared with the control group,the difference of net photosynthetic rate was not obvious.[Conclusion]This study can provide the basis for the high yield cultivation in walnut production and management.
