摘　　要：研究城乡一体化进程中的新农村建设,分析新农村建设过程中受到的阻碍和急需解决的问题,主要对村庄规划编制、基层干部素质、农民主体作用发挥、土地流转制度、公共服务供给5个方面进行分析,提出新农村建设稳健发展的路径和政策建议,使城乡同步发展、共同繁荣,最终实现城乡一体化。Studied on the new rural construction in the process of urban rural integration, solved the obstacles and the problems in the process of new rural construction.We mainlyanalyzed five aspects of construction of new countryside：the village planning, quality of the grass-roots cadres, playing the main role of farmers, the land transfer system,public service supply, put forward the path selection and policy suggestions to promote the healthy and stable development of the new the construction,make the synchronous development of urban and rural areas and common prosperity, and eventually realize the integration of urban and rural areas.
