山西省向日葵产业现状及对策研究

摘　　要：分析了山西省向日葵产业存在的一些问题,主要表现:品种类型不协调,种子市场不成熟;生产管理粗放,栽培技术落后,迎茬、重茬现象严重,存在不合理轮作;病、虫、草害高发,缺乏真正高产、优质、多抗的自主知识产权的向日葵优良新品种;企业深加工能力弱,生产的产品技术含量低、利润薄,缺乏市场竞争力,严重影响着向日葵产业的健康发展。建议集中优势资源攻克山西省向日葵产业急需解决的关键技术:选育一批高产、优质、多抗的向日葵新品种,并集成和优良品种配套的高产栽培技术;加快高产高效栽培枝术的转化推广;鼓励新品种、新技术的引进,加大试验示范和推广力度;挖掘向日葵综合利用潜力,提高向日葵的商业价值和经济效益,促进山西省特色农业发展。Some problems in the sunflower industry in Shanxi Province were analyzed, mainly performance： varieties of coordination, the seed market is not mature;the extensive production and management, cultivation technology is backward, stubble, the continuous cropping phenomenon is serious, irrational rotation;disease and insect pests in new varieties of sunflower, the lack of independent intellectual property rights really excellent high yield and good quality and multiple resistance;enterprise processing ability is weak, the production of products with low technological content, low profit and lack of market competitiveness, seriously affected the healthy development of sunflower industry. Recommendations focus on the advantages of resources to overcome key technology of the sunflower industry urgent in Shanxi Province,breeding a batch of high yield, high quality and multi resistant sunflower varieties, cultivation techniques and integrated varieties and matching;accelerating the transformation to promote high yield and high efficiency cultivation technique;encouraging new varieties and new technologies to introduce and strengthen demonstration and promotion;excavating the potential of comprehensive utilization of sunflower sunflower, improve the business value and economic benefits, promote the development of agriculture in Shanxi Province.
