摘  要:针对双余度螺管电磁铁的余度间存在的电磁场及热场耦合问题,设计并建立了共磁路型两种电气双余度结构的螺管电磁铁几何模型,提出了电磁耦合系数法和热阻矩阵法以揭示余度间电磁耦合及热耦合与电磁铁输出性能之间的规律,理论分析及仿真结果可为余度电磁铁的设计提供相关的理论指导。In view of the problem of electromagnetic filed and thermal filed coupling between redundancies of dual-redundancy solenoid electromagnet,two kinds of electric dual-redundancy solenoid electromagnet models using common magnetic circuit were designed and established. Electromagnetic coupling coefficient method and thermal resistance matrix method were proposed to reveal the laws between electromagnetic coupling,thermal coupling and the output performance of the electromagnet. Theoretical analysis and simulation results can provide relevant theoretical guidance for the design of redundant solenoid electromagnet.
