摘 要:针对三类实心转子分布绕组永磁同步电机,在极坐标系下,推导了电枢反应磁场的解析表达式。从气隙中单根线电流所产生的磁场入手,进而得到载流线圈在气隙中产生的磁场,最后获得三相绕组在气隙中产生的合成磁场。与有限元法结果的对比验证了该解析方法的正确性。解析表达式以各次谐波成分表示,适用于任意极槽配合以及任意绕组层数的同类实心转子永磁同步电机,形式简洁,方便于电磁转矩、转子偏心气隙磁场、电磁损耗等电机特性的分析。For three types of distributed windings PMSM with solid rotors,the analytical expressions of armature reaction magnetic fields are deduced in polar coordinate system. Starting from the magnetic field produced by a single line current in air gap,the magnetic field produced by current-carrying coils in air gap is obtained,and then the synthetic magnetic field of three-phase windings produced in air gap is finally obtained. The correctness of analytical method is verified by comparing the result of analytical method with that of finite-element method.The analytical expressions are made up of each order of harmonics,and are suitable for the same type of solid-rotor PMSM with various slot-pole combinations and windings layers. It has a simple form,and is convenient to analyze the motor characteristics such as electromagnetic torque,rotor eccentric air-gap magnetic field and electromagnetic loss.
