摘  要:基于Ansys平台对一款表贴式永磁同步电动机(SPMSM)建立主要系统包括定子系统、转子系统以及整机的有限元电机模型,并对其主要模态参数进行模态仿真。仿真得到各部分系统的径向模态振型以及固有频率,并分析定、转子系统及整机结构对电机电磁共振的影响,并采用锤击法验证了有限元分析的正确性。试验结果表明,整机固有频率相对误差在5.3%以内,满足实际工程的需要,为后续调整电机结构改变固有频率以期达到减振降噪的效果、避免共振现象,提供了理论依据。Based on ANSYS platform,the finite-element model of the main systems including stator system,rotor system and whole machine of a surface-mounted permanent magnet synchronous motor(SPMSM) were established,and the main modal parameters were simulated. The radial mode shape and natural frequency of each system were obtained by simulation,the influence of stator system,rotor system and whole machine structure on electromagnetic resonance of the motor was analyzed,and the correctness of finite-element analysis was verified by hammering method. The test results show that the relative error of natural frequency of whole machine is less than 5. 3%,which has met the needs of actual engineering. It provides a theoretical basis for the subsequent change of natural frequency by adjusting motor structure to achieve the effect of vibration damping and noise reduction and avoid the phenomenon of resonance.
