摘 要:通过分析永磁同步电机总装配的特点及各种工艺方案的优缺点,提出了研究永磁同步电机总装配的轴向磁拉力的必要性。对轴向磁拉力产生的机理进行了介绍,并对永磁同步电机总装配的轴向磁拉力工程计算公式进行了推导。以一台24极3200k W/500r/min的永磁同步电机为例进行计算和实际装配验证了卧装时的轴向磁拉力计算公式的可行性。最后,提出了防止和减小轴向不平衡磁拉力不利影响的有效措施。This paper proposes the necessity of researching axial magnetic tensile force for horizontally-assembled PMSM in overall assembly by analyzing the overall assembly characteristics of PMSM and the advantages and disadvantages of various process schemes. The mechanism of axial magnetic tensile force is introduced,and the engineering calculation formula of the force for PMSM in overall assembly is derived. Taking a 24-pole 3200 k W 500 r/min PMSM as an example,the feasibility of calculation formula of the force is verified by calculation and actual assembly. Finally,the effective measures to prevent from and reduce adverse effect of the unbalanced magnetic tensile force are proposed.
