摘 要:介绍了在工厂内模拟电站的导水机构装配摩擦保护装置试验。导叶、连接板、导叶臂、剪断销装配在一起,用液压千斤顶通过压力传感器施力于连接板支撑点上。当模拟导水机构工作时剪断销断裂后,对摩擦轴衬和连接板之间的摩擦力矩进行测量计算。通过大量的试验收集数据与原理论计算值的数据进行比对,保证机组在电站的安全稳定运行的可靠性。This paper describes the friction protection device test for water guide mechanism of simulating power station in factory assembly. This friction device is an assembly of wicket gate,connecting plate,guide vane lever and shear pin,and hydraulic jack apply the force to support point of the connecting plate by a pressure sensor. Friction torque between friction bush and connection plate shall be measured and calculated after simulating the breakage of shear pins in water guide menimusm operation. Through collecting a large number of test data and comparing them with raw theory data,the reliability of unit in power station can be ensured to stably and safely operate.
