摘 要:控制回路断线是断路器最频发的一种缺陷信号,控制回路断线信号一旦发出,证明断路器无法即时分合,如果此时断路器所连的输电线路发生故障会造成越级分闸,迅速找出控制回路断线的断点是检修人员迅速消缺的保证。分析控制回路断线的原理和易发缺陷元件与位置,提出电阻测试法和电压测量法2种控制回路断线断点查找方法,并说明2种方法在故障查找分析中的应用情况。Control circuit break line is the most frequent a defect signal, Once the signal is issued, it proves that the circuit breaker cannot be immediately split. If the transmission line connected to the circuit breaker fails at this time, the over-level trip will be caused. Quickly finding the breakpoint of the control loop disconnection is a guarantee that the maintenance personnel can quickly eliminate it. This paper analyzes the principle of the control circuit breakage and its vulnerable defect components and position, puts forward two methods which are resistance test and voltage measurement to finding the breakpoint of the control circuit, and explains the application coudition of two methods.
