摘 要:【目的】探讨氨基酸微肥对罗汉果产量和果实品质的影响。【方法】以青皮果品系的罗汉果组培苗为材料,以清水为对照,叶面喷施4种氨基酸微肥处理,比较不同处理对罗汉果产量及品质的影响。【结果】氨基酸微肥处理均能显著提高罗汉果产量及大果率,其中氨基酸复合微肥1每株产量最高,达173个;喷施氨基酸微肥可显著提高可溶性固形物、总糖、还原糖和甜甙含量,其中可溶性固形物含量提高8.8%~17.66%,总糖含量提高34.5%~44.65%,还原糖含量提高15.59%~50.78%,甜甙含量提高8.0%~32.6%。【结论】氨基酸微肥提高罗汉果产量的同时果实品质得到改善。【Objective】This research explored the effects of amino acid microelements on yield and fruit qualities of Siraitia grosvenorii. 【Method】With siraitia grosvenorii tissue culture seedling of green tangerine type as material,four kinds of amino acid microelements were sprayed to leaves of Siraitia grosvenorii,while taking water as control,comparing the influence of different processing on the yield and quality of si-raitia grosvenori. 【Results】 All amino acidmicroelements processing could increase the yield and qualities remarkable,among them,the yield per plant is highest while applying with amino acid microelement fertil-izer,reach 173 fruits / plant. The content of soluble solids、carbohydrate、reducing sugar and mogrosides of Siraitia grosvenorii spraying amino acidmicroelement fertilizers were all significantly higher than control by 8. 8%~17. 66%,34. 5%~44. 65%,15. 59%~ 50. 78%and 8. 0%~ 32. 6%. 【Conclusion】Amino acid mi-croelements improving the fruit yield and qualities of Siratia grosvenorii.
