摘 要:研究参加科技竞赛获奖大学生和普通大学生创新倾向的差异及其影响因素,据此提出积极心理学视野下提升大学生创新倾向的策略。采用《威廉斯创造力倾向量表》、《心理资本量表》、《主观幸福感量表》和《社会支持问卷》,调查全省5类高校985,211,省属本科、高职和民办共计500人,了解他们的创新倾向及其影响因素,结果显示创新型大学生善于迎难而上,更为自信乐观,善于利用周围的支持条件为自己所用。可以从榜样激励法、乐观训练法及环境营造法等方面培养普通大学生的创新倾向。Objective:A study on the differences in innovation orientation between the award-winning in science and technol- ogy contests and ordinary- college students and the other influencing factors was carried out and some strategies to promote college students' innovation tendency were proposed from the perspective of positive psychology-. Method:Using Williams Creativity- Tendency Scale, Psychological capital scale, Subjective Well-being Scale and Social support questionnaire, the pa- per investigated 500 students from 5 categories colleges including 985,211, provincial undergraduate, higher vocational and private-run to understand their innovation orientation and other influencing factors. Result:Innovative college students are adept at challenging difficult tasks, more confident and optimistic, and good at using the surrounding conditions of support for their own use. Conclusion:h is feasible to cultivate the innovation tendency of ordinary- college students from the aspects of example-based incentive, optimistic training method and environment-building law.
