摘 要:运用FLAC 3D模拟了某矿-650 m轨道大巷在三种支护方案下巷道围岩位移情况,根据模拟结果,提出了-650 m水平三条大巷的支护方案,支护方式均为锚网索喷支护,当掘进过程中地质条件较差,对巷道底板进行反底拱施工处理。将设计支护方案应用于-650 m水平轨道大巷的支护后,经过一段时间的支护效果观测,由观测结果可知:轨道大巷变形较小,围岩稳定,支护系统合理。本次研究设计的支护方案可在该矿投入使用,可指导该矿深部破碎软弱围岩巷道的支护。The displacement of surrounding rock of-650 m track roadway under three kinds of support schemes is simulated by FLAC 3 D. According to the simulation results, the supporting scheme of three roadways at-650 m level is put forward, which is supported by bolting, mesh, cable and shotcrete. When the geological conditions are poor during the tunneling process, the reverse arch construction is carried out on the floor of the roadway. After applying the designed support scheme to the support of-650 m horizontal track roadway, after a period of observation, it is concluded that the deformation of the track roadway is small, the surrounding rock is stable, and the supporting system is reasonable. The support scheme designed in this study can be put into use in this mine. In 2003, the support of broken soft surrounding rock roadway in deep part of the mine was guided.
