摘  要:刮板输送机的的一个重要失效形式就是减速器内齿轮轮齿的折断。齿轮断齿主要原因是瞬间过载引起的大应力冲击造成的,基于此,与普通的渐开线齿轮相比,提出刮板输送机用减速器齿轮的优化改进方式,即采用点线啮合齿轮。通过应用点线啮合齿轮,齿根应力上限有大幅提升,能够在同等工况下更好地工作,从而降低故障率,保证生产的稳定性。An important failure form of scraper conveyor is the breakage of gear teeth in reducer. According to the statistics that the main reason of gear breaking is the impact of great stress caused by instantaneous overload, compared with the common involute gear, the optimized improvement method of reducer gear for scraper conveyor is put forward,that is, the point line meshing gear is adopted.By applying the point line meshing gear, the upper limit of the tooth root stress is greatly improved, and it can work better under the same condition, thus reducing the failure rate and ensuring the stability of the production.
