摘  要:针对现有采掘机械所采用的振动截割机构技术不够成熟、无法大规模推广使用等问题,从行星齿轮减速器和偏心锤两方面对振动截割机结构的改进进行分析。改进后的振动截割机构具有结构更加简单、操作更加方便、制造成本较低等优点,能够被有效地应用到综掘机和采煤机中,从而提高煤矿采煤的效率。Aiming at the problem that the technology of vibration cutting mechanism used in existing mining machinery is not mature enough to be popularized on a large scale, the structure improvement of vibration cutting machine is analyzed from two aspects: planetary gear reducer and the eccentric hammer. The improved vibration cutting mechanism has the advantages of simpler structure, more convenient operation and lower manufacturing cost. It can be effectively applied to fully mechanized excavators and shearers, thus improving the efficiency of coal mining.
