摘　　要：介绍了大倾角带式输送机的工作原理及选型设计方法,并依据给定的设计参数对输送机的驱动装置、传动滚筒、托辊等主要部件设计要点进行了分析。分析认为,大倾角带式输送机的设计需要结合煤矿工作环境,充分利用先进技术不断对设备进行优化,只有这样才能提高设备性能,保障设备的高效运转。This paper introduces the working principle and type selection design method of large inclination belt conveyor, and analyzes the main design points of the main parts of the conveyor, such as driving device, transmission drum, idler and so on, according to the given design parameters. It is concluded that the design of the belt conveyor with large inclination angle should be combined with the working environment of coal mine, and the equipment should be optimized by using advanced technology. Only in this way, the performance of the equipment can be improved and the efficient operation of the equipment can be guaranteed.
