摘　　要：刮板输送机是煤矿掘进中常见的设备,在煤矿中随着不同巷道的开掘,不同的掘进条件下,刮板输送机可能会遇到某些部件的损坏,因此必须制定科学合理的措施来保证刮板机零部件的更换。通过霍州煤电吕梁山煤电有限公司木瓜煤矿南区集中运输巷刮板输送机耦合器的更换技术与措施,阐述了巷道中更换运输机部件的方法,具有一定的指导意义。Scraper conveyor is a common equipment in coal mine excavation. With different roadways and different driving conditions, scraper conveyor may encounter some parts damage in coal mine. Therefore, scientific and reasonable measures must be made to ensure the replacement of scraper parts. Through the replacement technology and measure of scraper conveyor coupler in southern district of Chaogua Coal Mine, Huozhou Coal Power Luliangshan Coal and Power Co., Ltd., this paper expounds the method of replacing conveyer parts in roadway, which has certain guiding significance.
