摘  要:阐述了刮板输送机溜槽的具体结构及运行原理,分析了溜槽故障原因,并针对磨料磨损、黏着磨损、腐蚀磨损、接触疲劳磨损等问题提出了相应的优化措施。对刮板运送机的溜槽失效问题进行改进,可延长输送机的使用寿命,增强运输能力,提高产能。This paper expounds the concrete structure and operation principle of the chute of scraper conveyer,analyzes the causes of the fault of the chute, and puts forward the corresponding optimization measures for abrasive wear, adhesion wear, corrosion wear, contact fatigue wear and so on. The failure of the chute of scraper conveyer is improved, which can prolong the service life of the conveyer, enhance the transportation capacity and increase the production capacity.
