摘 要:目的观察蒲公英多糖穴位离子导入对急性乳腺炎大鼠炎性因子的改善作用。方法 100只SD孕鼠产后随机分为5组,分别为空白对照组、模型组、蒲公英多糖穴位离子导入高强度组、蒲公英多糖穴位离子导入低强度组、阿莫西林组,每组20只,除正常产后大鼠外,其他各组产后大鼠采用金黄色葡萄球菌建立哺乳期急性乳腺炎大鼠模型,5组大鼠每天治疗1次,每次20 min。连续治疗1周后检测乳腺组织的病理变化、血清中炎性因子TNF-α、IL-1β和IL-6的含量以及乳腺组织中TNF-α、IL-1β和IL-6的表达。结果与模型组比较,蒲公英多糖穴位离子导入能减轻乳腺组织的病理损伤,蒲公英多糖高强度组、蒲公英多糖低强度组、阿莫西林组血清中炎性因TNF-α、IL-1β和IL-6的含量明显下降(P<0.05),且乳腺组织中TNF-α、IL-1β和IL-6的表达量均显著降低(P<0.05)。结论蒲公英多糖穴位离子导入能够抑制急性乳腺炎大鼠促炎细胞因子的产生及表达,最终发挥抗炎作用。Objective: To observe the effect of acupoint iontophoresis of dandelion polysaccharide on the improvement of inflammatory factors in rats with acute mastitis. Methods: 100 SD postpartum rats were randomly divided into 5 groups,namely the control group,the model group,the high strength group,the low strength group and amoxicillin group,with 20 rats in each group. In addition to the normal postnatal rats,the rat models of acute mastitis were established by Staphylococcus aureus in all the other rats,and the five groups of rats were treated once a day for 20 minutes.1 week after continuous treatment,pathological changes,the contents of inflammatory cytokines TNF-α,IL-lβ and IL-6 in serum and the expressions of TNF-α,IL-lβ and IL-6 in breast tissue were detected. Results: Compared with the model group,acupoint iontophoresis of dandelion polysaccharide could reduce the pathological injury of breast tissues. The contents of TNF-α,IL-lβ and IL-6 in C group,D group and E group were significantly decreased(P〈0.05),as well as the expressions of TNF-α,IL-1β and IL-6 in breast tissues(P〈0.05). Conclusions: Acupoint iontophoresis of dandelion polysaccharide can inhibit the production and expression of pro-inflammatory cytokines in rats with acute mastitis,and finally play an anti-inflammatory effect.
