摘　　要：为探究第一栅压对F-H实验曲线的影响,通过单独改变第一栅压的方式进行了数据收集,对实验曲线各节点的数据及其变化特性进行了分析讨论,发现过低的第一栅压会影响出现板极电流时电压、第一峰谷电压以及峰值电流等,总结出了峰谷电流随第一栅压增大的变化规律。In order to explore the effect of the first grid voltage on F-H experimental curve,experimental data are measured by varying the first grid voltage only.Data of nodes on the experimental curve and their change characteristics are analyzed and discussed relevantly.It is found that low first grid voltage affects the voltage when plate current appears,the first peak and valley voltage,and the peak plate current.And change rules of peak and valley plate current with the increase of the first grid voltage are summarized.
