摘 要:目的:探讨上消化道瘘术后的营养方式选择及相关护理方法。方法:回顾性分析65例上消化道瘘手术患者的临床资料,比较肠外营养组与肠内营养组在术后营养指标、住院时间及并发症发生率等方面的差异。结果:肠内营养组疗效明显优于肠外营养组。结论:积极倡导术后肠内营养和提升综合护理措施可显著改善上消化道瘘患者的预后。Objective:To investigate the selection of nutritional methods and related nursing methods after surgery for upper gastrointestinal fistulas. Methods:The clinical data of 65 patients undergoing surgery for upper gastrointestinal fistulas in the Hospital were retrospectively analyzed. Postoperative nutritional indicators, the length of hospital stay and the incidence of complications were compared between the parenteral nutrition group and the enteral nutrition group. Results:The efficacy in the enteral nutrition group was significantly superior to the parenteral nutrition group. Conclusion:Actively advocating postoperative enteral nutrition and promoting comprehensive nursing measures can significantly improve the prognosis of patients with upper gastrointestinal fistulas.
