胸段椎管肿瘤合并糖尿病患者术后伤口延迟愈合1例的护理

摘　　要：报告1例胸椎管肿瘤合并糖尿病患者术后伤口延迟愈合的护理体会。了解患者原发病,对患者进行全面评估,分析术后伤口延迟的原因,请伤口治疗师会诊,联合制定治疗方案。控制血糖,全身营养治疗,创面换药,合理选择湿性敷料,并与患者家属做好沟通及健康教育。患者出院后予延续护理,和家属使用微信平台联系,继续提供护理帮助。护理干预20天,伤口完全愈合。A report of one case of thoracic spinal canal tumor with diabetes mellitus after delayed wound nursing experience. To understand the patient＇s primary disease, after conducting a comprehensive assessment of patients, analyzing postoperative wound delay reasons, consult with wound therapist consultation, develop treatment programs in order for blood glucose controlling, systemic nutrition therapy, wound dressing, and a reasonable choice of wet dressings. Communication and health education to patient＇s families were well performed. Contact with patients and family members through We Chat continued after patients were discharged. After nursing interventions for 20 days, the wound is completely healed.
