湘方言元音音段音位对英语语音习得的负迁移研究

摘　　要：通过近年来所做的关于地方方言对英语语音习得的负迁移研究,研究选取湖南长沙地区高校成人英语学习者作为调查对象,通过问卷、语料收集等实地研究对湘方音与英语语音中易混淆的元音音段音位进行对比分析,以期从结果分析中总结出发音偏误的原因,减少成人英语学习者由于语言僵化所导致的负迁移现象。English and Chinese are the two most widely used languages in the world,and the contrastiveresearch of the two languages is of profound significance to the development of linguistics.For most Englishlearners in China,they usually learn English phonetics under the background of mother tongue of Chinese,es？pecially their local dialect.This phenomenon is especially obvious in the Mid-West areas.Therefore,based onresearches on Negative Transfer of Xiang Dialect in English acquisition in recent years,the research selects adult English learners from vocational colleges in Changsha as the research object.Through questionnaire,cor？pus collection and field investigation,some confused vowels between Xiang dialect and English phoneme wereanalyzed in order to summarized the cause of the pronunciation errors.It will reduce the phenomenon of nega？tive transfer for adult English learners due to language fossilization.
