我国高等职业院校经费投入比较分析及其优化建议——基于2010-2017年年鉴数据分析

摘　　要：高等职业教育是高等教育的重要组成部分,加快推进现代职业教育体系建设,充足、合理的经费投入是必要条件。通过对近几年教育经费数据纵向分析及横向对比发现,高职经费总投入与其规模不匹配,经费来源结构二元化,生均教育经费拨款不足,政府对民办高职院校扶持力度不够。因此,需构建与高职办学规模相适应的财政投入制度;健全多元经费筹措机制;建立与本科院校生均拨款基本标准一致的拨款制度;加大对民办高职院校的扶持,保障经费来源稳定。Higher vocational education is an important part of higher education. It is necessary to accelerate the construction of the modern vocational education system with adequate and reasonable funding. Data analysis of education funding in recent years indicates such issues as the mismatching of total funding and the scale, obvious dualistic structure, inadequate education funding per student, and insufficient support for private higher vocational colleges from the government. Therefore, corresponding solutions are put forward to guarantee a stable source of funding, including establishing financial funding system in accordance with the school scale, improving diverse fund raising mechanism, establishing funding system consistent with the basic standard of funding per student in undergraduate colleges, and increasing support for private higher vocational colleges.
