摘  要:目的优选地归生血口服液最佳提取工艺。方法采用正交试验的方法 ,以阿魏酸转移率和干膏得率为指标,优化最佳醇提工艺;以二苯乙烯苷转移率、总多糖含量和干膏得率为考察指标,筛选最佳水提工艺。结果地归生血口服液最佳醇提工艺以8倍量60%乙醇提取回流2次,2.0 h/次;最佳水提工艺:即以12倍量水提取回流3次,1.0 h/次。结论该工艺稳定可行,可作为地归生血口服液的提取工艺。Objective To optimize the extraction technology of Digui Shengxue oral liquids. Methods An orthogonal test was adopted in this study. The transfer rate of ferulic acid and the dried decocting rates was used as indexes for optimizing the best extraction condition with ethanol;The transfer rate of stilbene glucoside,the content of total polysaccharide and the dried decocting rates was used as indexes for optimizing the best extraction condition with water. Results The best ethanol extraction technology for Digui Shengxue oral liquids was to extract for 2 h with 8 times of 60% ethanol 2 tines;The best water extraction technology was to extract for 1 h with 12 times of water 3 times. Conclusion The optimized extraction technology is reasonable and reliable;it can be used for the extraction process of Digui Shengxue oral liquids.
