出院带药处方监控报告系统的设计与实现

摘　　要：目的设计出院带药处方监控系统,医保工作人员在患者出院结算时对出院带药处方进行监控管理。方法利用Power Builder语言开发程序,调取HIS数据库中医师在住院医师站中开出的尚未结算的出院处方信息,形成定时刷新的电子报表,对超出设计金额的处方标红警示,在系统中记录下详细信息,短信自动发送给开单医师。结果医保工作人员在患者出院结算前能清楚地监控到医师开出的出院带药处方情况,做到及时有效干预。结论医保工作人员利用该监控系统随时掌握医师所开处方情况,对大处方在结算前告知医师并进行纠正,严肃了医保工作纪律,具有实际应用价值。Objective To design the discharge prescription monitoring system so that medical insurance staff can monitor and manage discharge prescriptions when patients are discharged. Methods Design ＆ implementation of above system was taken according to following process as using Power Builder language development program and transfering the information of unsettled discharge prescriptions prescribed by the TCM doctors at the resident station from the HIS database,so forming the timing and refresh electronic report, showing red alert to the amount of prescription exceeding the design standard,recording detailed information in the system, and sending messages back automatically to the billing doctors. Results As a consequence,the medical staff can monitor clearly and intervene timely and effectively the discharge prescriptions prescribed by doctors before patients are discharged. Conclusion The medical insurance staff can use the system to monitor the prescriptions prescribed by doctors at any moments,inform the doctors and correct the inappropriate prescription before the settlement,which is of great value for practical application,at same time this taking safeguards the medical insurance discipline strictly.
