摘 要:间充质干细胞(MSCs)是一种来源于组织和器官的,具有多向分化潜能的成体干细胞,能够分化为成骨、软骨、脂肪以及其他类型的细胞,具有炎症趋化、免疫调节、组织修复功能以及低免疫原性等生物学特性,在组织修复与免疫调节中发挥重要作用。传统干细胞疗法移植后,干细胞的活性和存活时间均不理想,而MSCs多细胞球体能够模拟体内微环境,减轻移植后的炎症排斥反应,增强干细胞移植后的活力,其向骨和软骨分化的潜力较普通二维贴壁培养的间充质干细胞强。因大量生产多细胞球体的技术还不够成熟,所以MSCs多细胞球体的应用还不普及。Mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs) are adult stem cells derived from tissues and organs with multiple differentiation potentials,and can be differentiated into osteoblasts,cartilage,fat and other types of cells.It has the biological characteristics of chemotaxis,immunoregulation,tissue repair and low immunogenicity,and plays an important role in tissue repair and immune regulation.Stem cell viability and survival time are not ideal after transplantation of traditional stem cells.The multicellular spheroid of MSCs can simulate the microenvironment in vivo,reduce the inflammatory rejection after transplantation and enhance the vitality of stem cells after transplantation.The potential of differentiation to bone and cartilage is stronger than that of MSCs cultured in ordinary two dimensional adherent culture.Because the technology of mass production of multicellular spheroids is not mature enough,the application of multicellular spheroid of MSCs is not popular yet.
