摘　　要：内皮细胞特异性分子1(Endocan)是一种新型内皮细胞相关的可溶性硫酸皮肤素蛋白多糖,主要表达于血管内皮细胞。血管内皮生长因子和促炎细胞因子可以上调Endocan表达,其通过与生物活性分子结合,参与调节细胞增殖、细胞迁移和细胞黏附等生物学行为,且在炎症反应中发挥重要作用。Endocan高表达反映血管内皮活化、新血管形成和内皮功能障碍,上述病理改变与急性呼吸窘迫症、急性冠状动脉综合征、高血压等疾病紧密相关。因此,越来越多的研究探讨Endocan在呼吸系统和心血管系统疾病中的作用。Endothelial cell specific-1（Endocan） is a novel endothelial cell-associated soluble dermatan sulfate proteoglycan,which is mainly expressed in vascular endothelial cells.Vascular endothelial growth factor and proinflammatory cytokines can upregulate the expression of Endocan.Endocan plays an important role in the regulation of cell proliferation,migration,adhesion,and inflammatory response through its binding to biologically active molecules.And it is thought that the increased level of Endocan reflects vascular endothelial activation,neovascularization,and endothelial dysfunction,which are important pathophysiological changes related to acute respiratory distress syndrome,acute coronary syndrome,hypertension and other diseases.Consequently,increasing studies are being conducted to investigate the role of Endocan in respiratory and cardiovascular diseases.
