摘　　要：血管钙化是导致心血管事件的重要危险因素,普遍存在于高血压、动脉粥样硬化、糖尿病血管病变、慢性肾脏病等疾病,发生率越来越高,与许多不良事件相关。血管平滑肌细胞(VSMCs)在血管钙化中发挥重要作用,主要通过向成骨样细胞分化并产生基质囊泡生成磷酸钙在血管壁沉积。曾经认为是被动的过程,现认识到血管钙化是高度调控的复杂的主动过程,涉及细胞信号通路的激活,钙化抑制物的产生,遗传因素和激素的调控等机制。了解VSMCs导致血管钙化的机制,对减少血管钙化、降低心血管疾病发生风险有重要作用。The incidence of vascular calcification has become higher and higher and has been associated with many adverse events.It is a common clinical pathological manifestation of hypertension,atherosclerosis,diabetic vascular disease,chronic kidney disease and other diseases.It is an important risk factor for cardiovascular events.Vascular smooth muscle cells（VSMCs） play an integral role in mediating vascular calcification by undergoing differentiation into osteoblast-like cells and generating matrix vesicles that serve as a nidus for calcium-phosphate deposition in the vessel wall.Once believed to be a passive process,it is now recognized that vascular calcification is a complex and highly regulated active process that involves the activation of cellular signaling pathways,the generation of calcification inhibitors,genetic factors and hormone regulation.Here is to explore several important mechanisms of vascular calcification induced by VSMCs,which may be important targets for reducing vascular calcification and reducing cardiovascular risk.
