摘　　要：双侧人工耳蜗植入术(BCI)是一种在单侧人工耳蜗植入术(UCI)基础上发展而来的治疗双侧重度或极重度感音神经性聋的外科治疗手段。包括同期双侧人工耳蜗植入和分期双侧人工耳蜗植入两种方式。该手术是予患者双侧耳均配以人工耳蜗体内、体外电子装置,通过向耳蜗内的神经纤维提供电脉冲刺激,使双侧耳获得听觉功能。了解BCI的发展状况、优势及仍存在的问题,将提高患者、监护人及临床医师对BCI的认识,为更好地选择治聋方案提供依据。Bilateral cochlear implantation（BCI） is an effective surgical treatment of bilateral profound sensorineural hearing loss,which was developed on the basis of unilateral cochlear implantation（UCI）.It includes simultaneous bilateral cochlear implantation and sequential bilateral cochlear implantation.This operation is to provide a cochlear electron device for both sides of the ear,which provides the stimulation of electrical impulses to the nerve fibers in the cochlea,so that the ears can acquire auditory functions.Understanding the development,advantages and unsolved problems of BCI will strengthen the knowledge of BCI of the patient,guardian and clinician,and provide a reference to choose the best treatment plan for the patients.
