摘 要:外周动脉疾病常见于下肢动脉硬化闭塞症、糖尿病下肢动脉狭窄等,发病率逐年增高。磁共振血管造影是目前临床广泛应用的、无电离辐射的诊断周围动脉疾病的影像检查工具,但严重肾功能不全患者使用含钆的磁共振对比剂,会导致严重的肾源性系统性纤维化,故将非对比增强磁共振血管造影技术应用于临床显得尤为重要。随着磁共振设备的发展和新序列的开发,非对比增强磁共振动脉成像技术得以迅速发展,成像质量明显提高,多种不同成像机制的非增强扫描序列应用于磁共振下肢动脉成像技术的研究。Peripheral arterial disease occurs in arteriosclerosis obliterans,diabetic lower extremity arterial disease,etc.,with increasing incidence year by year.In recent years,magnetic resonance angiography(MRA) has been widely used as a preferred imaging technique without radiation for the assessment of the peripheral arterial disease.But the patients with advanced kidney failure who use gadolinium contrast media may develop severe nephrogenic systemic fibrosis(NSF).It is important that the non-contrast enhanced MRA technology can be applied in clinical.With the development of the hardware and software in MR,the technology of non-contrast enhanced MRA has been rapidly developed,and the quality of images is obviously improved.Non-contrast enhanced scan sequences with different imaging mechanisms have been used in lower extremity artery.
