摘　　要：目的通过检测子痫前期(PE)患者胎盘组织及血清中CXC趋化因子配体12(CXCL12)、CXC趋化因子受体4(CXCR4)以及CXCR7的表达水平,分析CXCR4、CXCR7、CXCL12表达与PE发病的关系。方法选取2016年9月至2017年9月扬州大学临床医学院妇产科住院分娩的产妇60例为研究对象,其中正常妊娠妇女(正常对照组)、轻度PE组及重度PE组各20例,通过免疫组织化学法和酶联免疫吸附法检测三组胎盘组织和血清中CXCL12、CXCR4以及CXCR7的表达。结果三组血清CXCL12、CXCR4、CXCR7表达比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),与正常对照组相比,重度PE组CXCL12、CXCR4及CXCR7表达显著降低(P<0.05);与轻度PE组相比,重度PE组CXCL12、CXCR4及CXCR7表达显著降低(P<0.05)。三组胎盘组织中CXCL12、CXCR4及CXCR7表达差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),与正常对照组相比,重度PE组胎盘组织中CXCL12、CXCR4、CXCR7的表达显著降低(均P<0.05),与轻度PE组相比,重度PE组胎盘组织中CXCL12、CXCR4、CXCR7的表达显著降低(均P<0.05)。结论 PE患者胎盘中CXCL12/CXCR4/CXCR7表达呈下降趋势,血清中CXCL12/CXCR4/CXCR7的表达呈下降趋势,可能与PE的发病有关。Objective To evaluate the expression levels of CXC motif chemokine ligand 12（CXCL12）,CXC motif chemokine receptor（CXCR）4 and CXCR7 in placenta and serum of patients with preeclampsia（PE）. Methods A total of 20 cases of mild PE（MPE）,20 cases of severe PE（SPE） were from Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics,Yangzhou University School of Clinical Medicine during Sep.2016 and Sep.2017 were included,and 20 cases of normal pregnant women were included as a control group.The expression of CXCL12,CXCR4 and CXCR7 of the three groups were detected by immunohistochemistry and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Results The serum expression of CXCL12,CXCR4 and CXCR7 in the SPE group were significantly lower than those in the control group（ P 〈0.05）,and the expression of CXCL12 ,CXCR4 and CXCR7 in the SPE group were significantly lower than those in the MPE group（ P 〈0.05）.There were significant differences in the serum expression of CXCL12,CXCR4 and CXCR7 between the three groups（ P 〈0.05）.Compared with the normal control group,the expression of CXCL12,CXCR4 and CXCR7 in the placenta of the SPE group were significantly decreased（all P 〈0.05）,and the expression of CXCL12,CXCR4,CXCR7 in placenta of the SPE group were significantly lower than thoes of the MPE group（all P 〈0.05）.There were significant differences in the placenta expression of CXCL12,CXCR4 and CXCR7 between the three groups（ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The expression of CXCL12 /CXCR4/CXCR7 in the placenta of the PE group shows a decreasing trend,and the expression level of CXCL12/CXCR4/CXCR7 in the serum also shows a downward trend,which may be related to the onset of PE.
