摘  要:寺河煤矿在东五盘区布置底抽巷,在巷道掘进过程中受动压影响,下覆5号煤的赋存瓦斯持续向巷道涌出,严重影响底抽巷的施工效率。为解决这一问题,分别采用普通钻机和千米定向钻机施工下行钻孔对5号煤层进行覆盖,并从钻孔施工综合成本、瓦斯抽采量、巷道掘进期间风排瓦斯量及掘进效率等方面将两者进行对比分析。结果表明,相同的覆盖范围内,千米定向钻孔与普通钻孔相比:施工综合成本降低了42.75%,瓦斯抽采总量提高了31.34%,平均风排瓦斯量降低了36.67%,掘进效率提高了33.3%,证实了千米定向钻孔的优越性。The bed plate tunnel drilling borehole cross the seam in east five panel is layout,the gas in override No. 5 coal bed gushes out to the tunnel during the roadway drivage caused by the dynamic pressure which lead to seriously decrease of construction efficiency of overlying coal bed. To deal with this problem,the domestic drilling and directional drilling is separately designed and constructed to cover the No. 5 coal bed,the items like the comprehensive cost,gas drainage quantity,the gas reduction in the wind during the roadway drivage and the drivage efficiency are compared and analyzed. The result shows that directional drilling compared to domestic drilling,overall construction cost reduced by 42. 75%,total gas extraction increased by 33. 14%,windblown mine gas reduced by36. 67%,drivage efficiency increased by 33. 3% which confirm that directional drilling is better to cover the underlying coal bed.
