摘　　要：北京市基础水信息平台是以北京市第一次水务普查成果为基础,依托空间地理信息将传统的水利工程对象进行有效组织,通过空间信息、数据库、应用软件、数据可视化表达等技术手段,实现水务工程对象和水务业务数据的有效融合与展示,研究、建设成果包括水务一张图、水务空间数据共享服务、水务数据展示与服务等。本文以北京市基础水信息平台的设计和建设为主线,就水务空间数据的组织管理、共享服务和展示应用进行研究和探索。The basic water information platform of Beijing city is based on the results of the first water survey in Beijing.It is based on the spatial geographic information to organize the traditional water conservancy project effectively,realizes the organic integration and expression of water conservancy project object and water business data,through the technical such as spatial information,database,application software and data visualization.The research and construction achievements of the project include a water map,water spatial data sharing service,water data display and service,etc.This paper studies and explores the organization and management of water space data,the sharing service and the display and application,based on the above contents.
