摘　　要：类风湿关节炎受内外环境因素影响,肠道微生态失衡影响类风湿关节炎的发病。本文在系统查阅文献的基础上将重点从中医脾虚证和湿热证两个角度综述肠道微生态对类风湿关节炎的影响,并简要综述近年来西医方面肠道微生态与类风湿关节炎关系的研究成果。为类风湿关节炎发病机制的进一步研究提供新思路。Rheumatoid arthritis is affected by the internal and external environment factors. The imbalance of intestinal microecology affects the incidence of rheumatoid arthritis. On the basis of reviewing literature in this system, we mainly made this review on the effect of intestinal microflora on rheumatoid arthritis from two aspects ：spleen deficiency syndrome and dampness heat syndrome ;and briefly review of recent research achievements of modern medicine about relationship of intestinal microflora and rheumatoid arthritis . It provides a new way for further study of the pathogenesis of rheumatoid arthritis.
