摘  要:文章通过对南昌大学电动方程式赛车队第二代赛车车架存在问题的分析,对第三代车架进行结构和材料上的改进以及创新。利用CATIA软件对车架进行设计和建模,并使用ANSYS WORKBENCH对车架进行刚度的计算、模态分析以及各工况强度校核。校核结果表明,改进后的第三代车架减轻了质量,刚度和强度均在合理范围以内,并且其固有频率很好地避开了由地面和电动机激励的频率。Based on the analysis of the problems of the second generation racing car frame of the electric racing team of Nanchang University, this paper improves and innovates the structure and material of the third generation car frame. The frame is designed and modeled by CATIA, and ANSYS WORKBENCH is used to calculate the rigidity of the frame, do model analysis and check the intensity of various working conditions. The check results show that the third generation of the improved frame has reduced the quality, the rigidity and the intensity are within a reasonable range, and its natural frequency has avoided the frequency excited by the ground and the motor.
