摘 要:K29T柴油发动机主要用于发电站的发电机组,属于重型大排量V型柴油机。由于对该平台的发动机进行了优化升级,发动机结构存在部分设计变更,为保证发动机的冷却性能,需对冷却水套结构合理性进行验证。利用CFD仿真技术对水套内部流场进行了计算,得出了水套的流速、换热系数以及压力分布情况。通过评估,发动机水套结构合理,满足冷却要求,但存在优化空间。通过局部结构优化,总压损降低30.8%,降低了能耗。The K29T diesel engine is mainly used in generating sets of power stations, and is a heavy duty diesel engine with V shape and heavy discharge. Due to the optimization and upgrading of the engine of the platform, the engine structure has some design changes. In order to ensure the cooling performance of the engine, it is necessary to verify the rationality of the cooling water jacket structure. CFD simulation technology is used to calculate the internal flow field of water jacket, the flow rate, heat transfer coefficient and pressure distribution of water jacket were obtained. Through the evaluation, the engine water jacket structure is reasonable to meet the cooling requirements, but there is still space for optimization. By optimizing the local structure, the total pressure loss decreased by 30.8%, and the energy consumption was reduced.
