摘　　要：侧倾式自卸汽车是自卸汽车的一种,车厢在举升状态下液压油缸不停出现剧烈抖动,液压倾卸机构可靠性差,严重影响汽车倾卸货物功能和顾客满意度。文章以侧倾式自卸汽车液压倾卸机构基本结构和工作原理为研究对象,分析产生故障的原因,提出相应的改进措施,并对改进措施的有效性进行了验证。Tilting self-discharging car is a kind of self-discharging car. The hydraulic oil cylinder keeps shaking violently when the carriage is lifting, and the reliability of the hydraulic tipping mechanism is poor, which seriously affects the car＇s cargo function and customer satisfaction. This paper takes the basic structure and working principle of the hydraulic tipping mechanism of the tilting self-discharging vehicle as the research object, analyzes the causes of the failure, puts forward the corresponding improvement measures, and verifies the effectiveness of the improvement measures.
