摘　　要：针对大扭矩、主副箱双中间轴变速器面临的副箱零部件润滑不充分问题,提出一种重型汽车变速器强制润滑系统,解决了主副箱变速器副箱齿轮润滑问题,有效地提高了变速器的寿命。This paper analyzed the insufficient lubrication phenomenon of auxiliary case parts in heavy duty transmission of double countershafts, then presented a new forced lubrication system in order to solve the lubrication problem of auxiliary case gear. Finally this system proved to be effective in increasing life of heavy vehicle transmission.
