摘  要:采用Fluent软件对石蜡的熔化过程进行数值模拟,并将其同实验结果进行对比,得到了一组可以较好模拟石蜡相变熔化过程的参数。结果表明,数值模拟结果与实验结果有较好的一致性,网格密度对于模拟石蜡相变熔化过程的影响较小。石蜡的相变熔化过程可以分为两个阶段:顶部熔化、底部方腔侵蚀的第一阶段,未熔化石蜡下降重新分配的第二阶段。不同位置模拟的温度-时间曲线与实验结果的重合性不同,靠近气液界面处的结果较好。Numerical simulation of melting process of paraffin phase change materials was studied by Fluent. The numerical results were compared with experimental results to obtain a set of simulation parameters which can simulate the melting process of paraffin well. Results show that the numerical results are in a good agreement with the experimental results. The mesh density has little effect on the simulation of melting process of paraffin. The melting process of paraffin can be divided into two steps,that is,the top melting and the bottom cavities eroding in the first step,the un-molten paraffin dropping and redistributing in the second step. The numerical temperature-time curves of paraffin in different location is distinctive with the experimental results,and the simulation results at the point near the gas-liquid interface have good agreement.
