初级护士工作应激源分析及其与恢复需要的相关性探讨

摘　　要：目的本研究调查2010年后入职的初级护士工作应激源和一天工作后的短暂性疲劳情况,并考察两者的相关性。方法 149名女性初级护士招募自南京市7家医院,工作应激源采用中国护士应激源量表测量。一天工作后的短期疲劳采用中文版恢复需要量表测量。结果初级护士感受到的大多来源于工作环境的应激源,显著低于常模水平,而与工作-家庭矛盾有关的应激源则与常模水平比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05),初级护士中超过一半人数的恢复超过了诊断界值。另外,除了与接触濒死患者有关的应激源外,无论是来源于工作环境的应激源还是与家庭有关的应激源都与恢复需要呈显著正相关。结论初级护士所感受到的来自工作环境的应激源相对于全体护士较低,但他们发展成慢性疲劳或慢性健康问题的可能性很高。无论是来源于工作环境的应激源还是与家庭有关的应激源都是短暂性疲劳的来源。Objective To investigated occupational stressors and the transient fatigue after one day＇s work and between which the correlation, primary nurses in service since 2010 were included. Methods Chinese nurse job stressors inventory was conducted among 149 female primary nurses recruited from 7 hospitals in Nanjing, while the Chinese need for recovery scale was conducted for the measurement of the transient fatigue after one day＇s work. Results Most of the work stressors felt by the primary nurses came from the working environment, which was significantly lower than the normal level. There was no statistically significant difference between the stressors related to work-family conflicts and the norm level （ P 〉0.05）. More than half of the primary nurses recovered above diagnostic threshold. In addition, stressors from either working environment or family-related factors are positively associated with recovery needs beside that from the exposure to dying patients. Conclusion Primary nurses felt less stressors from working environment than general nurses but more likely to develop chronic fatigue or chronic health problems. Stressors derived from either working environment or family-related factors were sources of transient fatigue.
