围术期功能锻炼对全髋关节置换术后隐性失血的控制效果研究

摘　　要：目的探讨围术期功能锻炼对全髋关节置换术后隐性失血的控制效果。方法选取2017年1月至2018年5月我院收治的68例股骨颈骨折择期行全髋关节置换术患者作为研究对象,随机将其等分为研究组和对照组,对照组实施常规护理,研究组实施围术期功能锻炼,比较两组患者实际总失血量、计算隐性失血量及功能恢复情况。结果研究组总失血量、隐性失血量明显低于对照组(P <0. 05);研究组关节疼痛、功能、活动、畸形4个维度的Harris评分均明显高于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论全髋关节置换术患者采用围术期功能锻炼可有效降低隐性失血量,降低深静脉血栓和贫血等并发症发生率,使患者尽早恢复独立行走功能。Objective To explore the effect of perioperative functional exercise on the control of hidden hemorrhage after total hip arthroplasty. Methods To select 68 cases of patients with femoral neck fractures who underwent total hip arthroplasty in our hospital from January 2017 to May 2018 as study subjects, and they were divided into study group and control group randomly. Patients in the control group received routine nursing. Patients in the study group received perioperative functional exercise. The actual total blood loss, the calculated hidden blood loss and functional recovery of the two groups were compared. Results The total blood loss and hidden blood loss in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group（ P 〈0.05）. The Harris scores of the four dimensions of joint pain, function, activity and deformity in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group（ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Perioperative functional exercise in patients with total hip arthroplasty can reduce the amount of hidden blood loss effectively and the incidence of complications such as deep vein thrombosis and anemia. In addition, it can enable patients to resume independent walking function as soon as possible.
